Verify grade, PSL, service condition, plate, coil, or billet traceability.

Complete piercing and rolling or forming and welding according to the selected route.

Apply heat treatment, sizing, straightening, end preparation, or threading as required.

Complete chemistry, mechanical, hydrostatic, NDT, dimensional, and witness checks.

Apply FBE, 3PE, 3LPP, paint, end protection, marking, and document-controlled packing.
